Perfect timing - I got these pictures from another adoptive mom who was just at EN visiting her daughter over Thanksgiving. This was such a special unexpected blessing at the perfect time!

Although I've alluded to the heartache that we've been experiencing these last several weeks, I'm realizing that it is not clear that we are no longer expecting Lilibeth and Eddie to come to our home. Please understand that this is incredibly heartbreaking for us, and we are struggling with how to tell our story. Thank you for all your prayers. We would still be very helped by your prayers for us and for Lilibeth and Eddie right now.

Adopting will almost certainly bring heartache and stress and suffering, just like adoption cost God the life of his Son.

Honey you are doing such an amazing job with this blog and I have really enjoyed seeing your heart for these kids unfold here. Lilibeth and Eddie have no idea how fortunate they are to have a woman like yourself advocating for them and fighting to get them home. I stand with you praying that they will be with us soon and also trusting God that regardless of the outcome he has been good to us. Jonathan
